1:1 Personal Training

For individuals who want to work one-on-one with Abi. You will be guided through your fitness routine to ensure correct form, and that you are training effectively. This training method reduces chance of injury, establishes a lifetime exercise habit, helps to overcome plateaus and provides motivation and accountability for the client. Suited for any individual looking to make a serious change in their health and fitness.

Includes a fully programmed workout based on client’s specific fitness goals. Clients will be on a set program designed by Abi to efficiently work towards achieving their personal fitness goals. 

As a 1:1 training client, Abi will also work with your past training history and help develop a new optimal training program directed towards accomplishing your goals whether that be fat loss, building lean muscle mass, increasing strength or all of the above.

1:1 At-Home Personal Training

Includes fully programmed workout based on client’s specific fitness goals.

For this option, client must have in home gym space and workout equipment.

As a 1:1 training client, Abi will also work with your past training history and help develop a new optimal training program directed towards accomplishing your goals whether that be fat loss, building lean muscle mass, increasing strength or all of the above.
