I have had the pleasure to work with Abi for over a year. Not only has she been a fantastic coach, but I truly consider her a mentor.I initially began working with Abi after desperately needing to find a healthy lifestyle balance after my first bikini competition. Post competition, I experienced a bad rebound and was unable to balance healthy eating with lack of diet restrictions. I was gaining weight at a rapid pace and unable to develop the muscle definition I desired in my off season. I turned to Abi for help. She provided me not only with coaching and support, but gave me nutritional knowledge to help me manage my eating habits. I knew without a doubt that Abi would be a fantastic coach for me as I prepped for another competition. Currently, I am in the middle of prep and I can always count of Abi to answer my questions, give me tough love, and motivate me when I need it. She doesn’t just provide meal plans and work out plans, she is always available when I need her, and some days, well, it’s more than others. Unlike previous preps, working towards my goals isn’t a chore, but rather an enjoyable journey. Thank you Abi, I truly cannot thank you enough for everything you have taught me along the way.

Winner of Abi’s 6 Week Fit-Mas Winter Challenge. Melissa lost a total of 9lb after completing the challenge. She didn’t want to stop there and continued working with Abi through her Online Customized Training and Nutrition Program for another 20 weeks. She has lost a total of 50lb.
Coming back from school and getting back into a good routine was becoming a struggle. Having to make food for my future hubby and I was turning into quick suppers not necessarily healthy suppers. Seeing that our wedding was getting closer and my diet was getting worst, I had to do something. When I saw Abi’s insta, I knew she would be a good match for me because her fitness journey was a lifestyle and not just a diet. Soon after I had contacted her, I was seeing changes in my body and I was eating a lot more than usually. It was sooo easy too since the meal plan she had made me was food that I liked! Abi has helped me through snowmobiling trips and fishing trips to maintain my diet too. Abi’s work out plans were also great! She made them more and more intense and I loved it. When I found it wasn’t enough, I’d just let her know and she would give me advice on how to make them more tough. I like it when it gives me a challenge! She has not only been a coach but a friend. My 1 on 1 training with Abi began May 2019 and lasted until the end of July2019. I don’t know where to start with how amazing my time was with Abi. She will be one of the best, if not the best, coaches you will ever have.
I am a pretty advanced in the gym but I wanted to cut down my body fat while retaining muscle. I knew being in a caloric deficit can be hard physically mentally; I wanted a coach/mentor who had experience, knowledge and willingness to share the knowledge- Some trainers don’t share their knowledge, which I understand and respect. I had been (and still am) following Abi on instagram for the past few years and I always wanted to work with her. You will not meet anyone else who radiates happiness like she does.
Abi created me plans that were truly ENJOYABLE. My workouts were challenging but completable. She listened to me when I told her exercises I favoured and didn’t like so much. A huge plus was the workouts never took over an hour and a half to complete so I had no excuse not to do them lol. My meal plans were always very filling, tasted so good, simple and quick; if you’re not a fan of being in the kitchen, like me, this is a saving grace when meal prepping. I never felt deprived of food or had insane cravings.
My health and knowledge improved immensely. I was instructed on what vitamins to take and when, little health tips, the importance of water intake and sleep, and how certain types of training can be the most beneficial/efficient. Not only was my physical health positively impacted but so was my mental, intellectual, spiritual and emotional health.
It was bitter-sweet when my 1 on 1 training with Abi ended because I didn’t want her to no longer be a part of my life. But she reassured me that she will always be there for her clients even after training ends. She’s only a text away as she gives her # to communicate with clients, so she responds pretty much ASAP… even if you don’t (aka me lol).

There are people that come into your life and you don’t realize how this person will impact your life. When I was referred to Abi, I wasn’t too sure where I wanted to fitness journey to go? What I did know is that I wanted to transform by body and I wanted to see change. How was that going to happen? Abi was a huge part of my transformation. I could not have found a more knowledgeable, hardworking, honest coach anywhere. Abi gave me more than I could have imagined in a coach. She created customized meal plan, customized supplement plan and customized workouts, and they were just for Sara! Abi always makes her self available to answer any questions, about meal prep, form on an exercise, or something as simple as I have an occasion, what can I eat? and she just knows the answer! Through many conversations with Abi I realized I wanted to reward myself for my 40th birthday with a photo shoot. I knew I had Lots of work ahead of me, and Abi made it easy to achieve. She helped me bring my body somewhere it Has never been. It was an amazing experience and I could have not asked to a better person to have shared That with. 6 months later …….. Guess what? With the biggest support and the best coach a girl could as for I entered into my First CPA Bikini Fitness Competition. Abi was there for me every step of the way. She planned my nutrition, supplements, workouts, posing and she was my sounding board when I thought I wanted to Give up. But, I will have to say my days of wanting to give up were very few because Abi made the process so easy. It definitely wasn’t as hard as I expected it to be. It was a great experience and one I will never forget. I came 3rd place in my category and I could never have done it without the guidence and support of Abi. Abi taught me to believe in myself and trust the process, and I did. We came out winners, yes “we” me and Abi did this together.

I had the amazing opportunity of working with Abi for 4 months and it was life-changing. After having my daughter I struggled a lot with my weight and feeling comfortable in my body again. I got stuck in the cycle of sleeping when the baby sleeps and eating nothing but junk food because it was easier. Abi’s custom programs allowed me to workout at home with the equipment I already owned and at any time of day that I had the chance. I did a different program each month and the gradual increase in intensity was perfectly aligned with my abilities; challenging but manageable. I ended those 4 months feeling better than I ever thought I could. I was overall happier, had more energy, more patience, and enjoyed looking in the mirror. Not only did I receive fantastic programs but I also got the pleasure of having Abi as my cheerleader. Her constant positive outlook and never ending support was exactly what I needed. I continue to do a variety of her workouts every day and can’t wait to get a new program from her again in the future.

They say that in life everything happens for a reason and meeting Abi is something that I will be forever grateful for.
When I first started to work with Abi in June of 2018 I found her to be very professional and knowledgeable. She was approachable and kind hearted. There are a lot of coaches in this industry who will approach their training and meal plans in a way that can be challenging and not maintainable. I was so happy to see that Abi’s approach was something that I could maintain even after my competition.
Working on my goal of competing for a second time in Figure with Abi by my side made me feel like I could accomplish anything. She was always there for me, offering advice and tips. She understood the experiences that I was having which made me really enjoy the process of prepping for a show. With all her support and guidance I was placed 2nd in Figure. This was a huge accomplishment for me and I owe it all to Abi.
Even post show I still lean on her for advice and guidance. I would not have it any other way. I feel so blessed to not only have her as a coach but a long life friend in my life.

I recently participated in Abi’s 6 week spring challenge April-May 2020. I made it a goal this year to be more consistent with working out and to take my fitness to the next level and this really helped me achieve that goal. I have always done poorly with the nutrition part of challenges or even just keeping consentient with it in general. With Abi’s program and ongoing support and encouragement I have been able to sustain this healthy way of living after the challenge. She does not believe in restricting yourself, encourages a balanced diet and provides enjoyable meal options. This is a 6 month transformation working with Abi through her 1:1 personal training and nutrition coaching. Julia has lost a total of 16 pounds and changed her body composition drastically. I’ve always loved working out and being active but found it hard to stay motivated. After the holidays I wanted to start the new year healthy and active with big fitness goals. I thought what better way to do this than do Abi’s fitness challenge! The plan helped me stay focused and motivated instead of feeling clueless at the gym and not knowing what I was eating. Having a fitness and meal plan completely changed my fitness life. I’m the kind of person that needs guidance and a set plan. With this plan, I would wake up at 5am and go to the gym. I am so fortunate to have had such an amazing coach to guide me through my first ever bikini competition prep! Throughout these 12 weeks, Abi was there for me not only in the traditional sense as a coach -where she provided me with a detailed meal, training, and supplement regiment -but she also offered her support and guidance as a confidant through the mental and emotional components of prep. Just after my 30th birthday I decided it was time to start investing in my health. With very little motivation and no experience I was introduced to Abi and immediately after meeting her I knew this was going to be one of the best decisions of my life. Abi took my goals and started from scratch in training me from the ground up—not only physically but mentally and emotionally too. She poured her passion for fitness and overall health into me from day 1 and I haven’t been the same since! I have seen my goals surpassed to the making of new ones through her careful training in “muscle-mind connection” and making sure each exercise is done properly to prevent injury. Her knowledge in meal plans and taking the appropriate vitamins to meet your goals is also a huge asset.
Abi’s positivity and dedication is infectious! You will not regret making her your coach.
I have battled with serve body image issues for quite some time now, never thinking I was “big enough” or “lean enough”. Its become hard to accept the body Ive been given and what I have to work with when I see how easy it comes for some others. It took me awhile to become at peace with myself, and to be honest I didnt really start to feel that until I started working with Abi. She reminded me of where I started. Before I only used to see what there was to accomplish, “that end goal” that seemed so far away. But when you have someone in your corner reminding you of where you started, it allows for your brain to register that theres been growth and more to come. This was because I was shown proof that it had already happened. Yes, this journey was hard but it was Abi that made it manageable, attainable and even more so enjoyable. She pushed me outside of my comfort zone with exercises and movements that I never would have done because it wasn’t “my style” of working out. My body responded well to this shock of training. And it worked! I eventually adapted to this style and started to look forward to that “burn” feeling again that I once loved in my workouts, and I thrived off of that during my time at the gym. I would leave feeling like I worked hard. That best part too was that she didn’t restrict me either. I was given an adequate amount of food to fuel my body properly and specific instructions for how to keep my body fuelled throughout the day. I was also given a cheat mean every week, not when I was told that “I could have a cheat meal when coach says” like previous coaches in the past have told me, leaving me feeling limited or restricted. Abi’s approach was much more desirable. In the end I didn’t get the exact goals I had wanted, but she has brought me pretty damn close, but thats because everyones body works at different paces and mine just may be a bit behind. But Abi uncovered a goal that I didn’t even know was really all that important, and that was self-love — truly loving our body. Oh and I finally got some hamstrings so I guess that makes me happy too 😉 😂 . I am one client that will most definitely working with Abi again! She brought me this far so I might as well let her take me to the finish line! Can’t wait to have big beautiful hamstring and dicey abs!
Abi and I worked together for 4 months to prepare me for my first bikini fitness competition. Prior to working with Abi, I contacted several coaches before making a decision. I knew what I was looking for but that’s not always easy to find. I wanted a positive coach who would build me up not just critique me and my progress. I wanted someone who accepted and supported my choice to compete naturally. Her happy positive attitude is contagious, and I fed off that energy a lot during my prep! She is experienced in competing, very knowledgeable in nutrition, encouraging and supportive!
I had been training for about one year, when I decided to try out Abi’s Glute program, however I had some challenges buying it being in South Africa with our payment systems. Throughout the process of trying to buy it, Abi was extremely helpful and accommodating, however I was not able to buy it. A month later, I noticed Abi was running a competition to win the Glute program, I was so excited. I entered and I won!! I wanted Abi’s Glute program as I was at a point in my training regime where I wasn’t seeing any changes, my knowledge of the best exercises to do when building my glutes was minimal but Abi’s program was filled with exercise I had never done before. Abi’s Glute program was the perfect program for getting me where I wanted to be. The program settles you into the exercises with ease, allowing you to become familiar with the exercises without it scaring you away, and just when begin to feel comfortable with the exercises, the program changes to a more intense workout, challenging you again. I absolutely loved this program because I could play around with different weights, and the days that I couldn’t spend much time in the gym, I was still able to complete most of the exercises and get a great workout.

I have been working with Abi for just over a year now, I came to her at a time when I knew I had to find someone I could trust to help me prepare for my big day, my wedding! I have been training for years and played sports most of my life but I’ve struggled to find the right coach to help me through the plateaus and hard times. Abi, you’ve inspired me to build a better life for myself and have really taught me the importance of making fitness a lifestyle. My life has improved beyond measure over the course of our journey together! You have taught me how to take care of my body beyond the gym. The combination of your fitness, meal plans, diet and supplementation has elevated my game! I work in a high stress industry mixed with shift work and various lifestyle factors that can impede visiting a regular trainer on a daily basis. Despite being remote and training online, you have found a way to motivate me harder than anyone I have worked one on one in the past. For years I have been searching for a coach, mentor and friend and I am so lucky to have the whole package in you! I used to focus on the “easy” parts of fitness, training the parts I like while neglecting the ones that I didn’t. With Abi’s program she’s helped balance my physique, built overall strength, flexibility and endurance while making it FUN. I have been injury free since training with Abi and my overall mood, happiness, strength and attitude towards a consistent training regime has improved overall!
